The offering consisted of a 114,000 sf manufacturing and distribution facility situated on 6.63 acres, zoned industrial uses. The buyer called looking for this type of product. At the time it was under contract with another broker who couldn’t finish the deal. When that deal fell apart, we jumped in and locked it up.
