Abrams is a licensed real estate professional with over 15 years of experience demonstrating a vast knowledge of the commercial real estate industry including development, construction, brokerage (leasing and sales), property investment, and property management.

Abrams joined KW Commercial for their extensive resources, unparalleled training, and their large community of professionals to collaborate with. Prior to joining KW Commercial Global Partners, Abrams worked at Abrams Real Estate, LLC where he represented developers in the acquisition of over $35M in multi-family residential real estate transactions. Professional services involved guiding clients through each step of the development process, from conceptual planning through site plan approval.

Sam resides in Wykoff, New Jersey with his wife and two children. His community involvement includes the Lincoln Elementary School Dads and the YMCA Buddy walk. Sam’s interests include drums, movies, and fine dining.
