George Lulos brings KW Commercial 38 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Development and Management executive (18 years with Crown American, a REIT), and brokerage management and production (President & COO of Bennett Williams, an independent agent for international brokerage firms CB Richard Ellis and Colliers International).
Lulos specializes in capital markets, asset management, investment sales, retail and industrial development, and tenant representation. He has developed, redeveloped, leased, managed, bought, and sold numerous assets worth more than half a billion dollars, including enclosed malls, strip centers, branded hotels, and numerous single-tenant build-to-suit retailers. These include grocers, C-Stores, banks, drug stores, multiplex cinemas, and general retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, K-Mart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Staples, and Toys ‘R Us. He orchestrated a complete corporate recapitalization of a regional chain of 40 family restaurants.
Lulos also co-founded Crossroads Commercial Realty, a boutique commercial real estate development company for its own account in south-central Pennsylvania, northeastern West Virginia, and northern Maryland.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Lulos was a university administrator and professor for 13 years at Rutgers, Princeton, Educational Testing Service (ETS), Glassboro State (now Rowan University), and Temple University. While at Temple, Lulos spent 4 years in Europe as Director of Training, Education, HSE, and special projects for USAREUR (US Army Europe).
